Many women experience breastfeeding problems in the early days after having a baby. As a Breastfeeding Counsellor you can learn how to support them and overcome those difficulties, helping them to enjoy their baby and the special relationship that breastfeeding offers.

Breastfeeding Counsellors have the opportunity to make a real
difference to the families they work with. You will be able
to help mothers overcome breastfeeding difficulties,
building a close relationship with the women you are working
with, and knowing that in your support, you can help a
mother and baby to gain the benefits of breastfeeding.
