Childbirth International's Refund Policy

If you register for a training program you have two days to review the course program. If you decide the course is not for you, you can cancel within two days. We have a strict refunds and cancellations policy.

You have two days (48 hours) from the time of registration to review the course materials through the student website. if you decide that this is not the course for you, you must contact us in writing before the two days is complete and request a refund. The amount you have paid will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee. The administration fee covers the cost of the fees we are charged for processing your initial payment, the cost of processing a refund and the administrative cost of manually reversing your order.

Instalment Payments
If you are paying for your course by instalments you are responsible for ensuring that there are funds available on your chosen payment method. Please ensure that the payment method that you choose is available for the period of the instalments. For example, if you are paying the six monthly instalments, your credit card must be valid for the next six months.

If you are unable to make a monthly payment you must contact us in writing at least 7 days before the payment is due. If you fail to contact us and the payment is declined you will be automatically suspended from the student website and no longer have access to course materials. If you subsequently wish to be reinstated the full balance will be due and there will be a $50 administration fee. Students will not be reinstated if they fail to contact us within one month of the payment being declined.

Your instalments will be taken on the same day each month. For example, if you register for training on the 25th of March, each monthly instalment will be charged on the 25th of the month. If you need to change your payment method or the date that payments will be made, we can only do this by cancelling the payment plan and manually processing each payment. There is a $50 administration fee for this service.

Students who have chosen to pay for their training by instalments will have full access to all course materials through the student website, provided all payments are approved. Course materials are also provided in book form (student manuals) once all instalments have been made. If at any time a student wishes to pay the remaining balance and receive their written books immediately they can do so by contacting us and asking the balance, then processing the transaction through the shopping cart.
