Benefits with combined courses
Many of our students choose the combined course programs so they
can offer a greater range of services to their clients. You may
choose to work as a Birth Doula and also a Postnatal Doula to
extend the time you work with each family. Offering
childbirth classes as well as doula services enables you to
provide a more comprehensive service or take time off from Birth
Doula work when you have young children or a full time job.
Adding Breastfeeding Counsellor to your CV enables you to work
with women during the first year and support them in
breastfeeding their baby.
The Combined Courses offer a substantial saving and are also available over
the three and six month instalment plans to make them more affordable. If
you decide that you want to switch to a combined course program later, you
can start with any Childbirth International certification course and upgrade
at a later date at the student discount price.
